Accor Corporate Services became Accor Services. This umbrella brand groups together the activity of the services and this designation was chosen to underpin the brand awareness of Accor at world level.
Ticket Restaurant® was established in China, firstly in Shanghai and then Beijing, directly on a smart card medium. In Ireland, acquisition of Irish Luncheon Vouchers.
Through the agency Incentive House®, Hungary launched Top Premium® gift vouchers, which can be used in a network of 200 affiliated stores.

Major developments in personal assistance services:
In the UK, acquisition of EAR® (Employee Advisory Resource), one of the leaders in employee assistance programmes (advice on taxation, medical assistance, over-indebtedness, etc.).
In France, following the launch of a pilot scheme with members of staff of the Accor Group, Accor Services launched its programme of services and assistance for employees: baby-sitting, housework, health information, administrative formalities, etc., all services and information intended to simplify daily life.
In the field of motivation, acquisition in France of Pilote Distribution®, a leader in the distribution of gifts, purchase vouchers and stimulation trips.
Launch of Top Premium® in Chile, Mexico, Italy and Greece.
In the UK, launch of Clean Way Vouchers® following the acquisition of the client portfolio and affiliation contracts of Cleaning Tokens limited. |
